About me

25 years in a central people function at the world’s leading top management consultancy, McKinsey & Company, have significantly shaped me. As the recruiting manager for Austria and later as a professional development manager, I developed a passion for identifying and nurturing young high potentials. I had the privilege of guiding hundreds of ambitious students to McKinsey and later accompanying them on their career paths within the firm. Over the decades, I built a high-caliber alumni network of young professionals to C-level executives, based on long-standing mutual appreciation and trust: this is STEINER TALENTS. As the founder, I remain true to my passion and continue to dedicate myself to connecting the right people with the right companies within my network.
